As the name suggests, this is a budget-friendly option for travelers. It's ideal for those whose primary focus is exploring and experiencing their destination rather than indulging in luxury accommodations. The hotel prioritizes safety and cleanliness, providing a simple and comfortable place to rest after a day of sightseeing. However, the rooms are best suited for single travelers or couples due to the design of the toilet and shower doors, which offer limited privacy. Overall, it's a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Overall, our stay was excellent for a budget hotel. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Joyce Baumann for your outstanding assistance—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable! The location was perfect for us. It was a short bus ride from the train station. There are restaurants and a small grocery store next door. The hotel offered a free bus/train pass (locally) although we only found out about it through another guest. We had already spent two days purchasing bus tickets when we found out. The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. There is a breakfast served at the hotel but it is pretty limited for the cost - bread, cereal, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, tea and juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

For an overnight stay in a safe area within walking distance (about 10 minutes) of the train station, this was an excellent hotel. A bus stop is across the street. The beds were firm, quite comfortable for us. everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly, spoke English, and provided flat bed sheets for cover upon request. There is an elevator.

I have been staying at this hotel during my Luzern trips since a long time. I find it very convenient to access the city with bus No:4 and they provide a bus pass too. Also, there are some good restaurants nearby especially the Panda restaurant close by run by an old couple. Very friendly and helpful staff. Car parking available though at a cost. Clean roms and comfortable beds..

The property is quite walk from the main station, but it is considered adjacent to it - walkable. We requested from a high room and we were given one. The beds were comfortable. There were shared facilities in the lobby which we were able to use. The rooms and facilities were clean and pleasant.

The room was exactly as explained on the website with basic amenities. The hotel is located 10 min's by walk and 5 mins on bus which made it perfect to commute to city. There good local shops and restaurants near by for take away or dine in. The hotel had the most helpful staff ever who made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel also has a microwave near the Reception if anyone wants to heat up the food. And while exploring the area while walking around 8-10 minutes from the hotel we found a big park named ufschotti with a big strip of sandy and pebble beach, lots of picnic spots, a great place for kids and adults for a swim. Which also added as a bonus to the location of the hotel.
