As the name suggests, this is a budget-friendly option for travelers. However, the rooms are best suited for single travelers or couples due to the design of the toilet and shower doors, which offer limited privacy. Overall, it's a practical choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Overall, our stay was excellent for a budget hotel. The staff were very welcoming and provided great service throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Joyce Baumann for your outstanding assistance—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable! The location was perfect for us. It was a short bus ride from the train station. There are restaurants and a small grocery store next door. The hotel offered a free bus/train pass (locally) although we only found out about it through another guest. We had already spent two days purchasing bus tickets when we found out. The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. There is a breakfast served at the hotel but it is pretty limited for the cost - bread, cereal, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, coffee, tea and juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

- Location is fairly good (only about 15 min. by foot to the trains station) - The room was clean - The staff was super helpful - Internet worked surprisingly well - Free bus ticked was a nice bonus

For an overnight stay in a safe area within walking distance (about 10 minutes) of the train station, this was an excellent hotel. A bus stop is across the street. The beds were firm, quite comfortable for us. everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly, spoke English, and provided flat bed sheets for cover upon request. There is an elevator.

I have been staying at this hotel during my Luzern trips since a long time. I find it very convenient to access the city with bus No:4 and they provide a bus pass too. Also, there are some good restaurants nearby especially the Panda restaurant close by run by an old couple. Very friendly and helpful staff. Car parking available though at a cost. Clean roms and comfortable beds..
